Addictions Hold

Fingers pointed blame now thrown
from ones beloveds own reflected throne.

While turbid flames consume and flare
and with held screams now greet us here.

As dewy eyes now flow with sadness
at the flaming hell of ones own madness.

And smiles no longer show their gladness
for they’ve now been crushed by weakness.

As they look on with pure confliction
the despairing path of ones addiction.

A mental prison of ones restriction,
entirely certain of a lifestyles conviction.

One that leads to your destruction
a miserable end with no salvation.
